Basic Biomechanical Assessment

Basic Assessment:

Test is one hour long.  Your posture will be assessed. The main muscles and joints of the body will be assessed for flexibility.  You will also be taken through a range of strength tests to flag any areas of relative muscle weakness. Recommended for those who are injury free and have no history of any back problems or joint injuries or pain. Cost 150€
